Our Terms & Conditions
Professional Tour Guide

To ensure your tour you must:

1-Pay at the end of each tour's page ahead of the event or make a deposit.

2-  Making a reservation: You will get a confirmation for the day and time you reserved. 

3-If you make a reservation but did not make your payment on the same day, your reservation will be void. 

Cancellation:

  •  In less than 24 hour before your tour begins: NO REFUNDS.

  •  No refunds for less than US$1oo

  • For walking tours no individual refunds are possible.

  •  A suplemental fee applies for reserving you on the wrong day.

  • If we do not receive a complain after two weeks from the day of your event, we will consider that you have been fully satisfied, and any refund is void

  •  If any refund applies (see below), we deduce any cost involved to the amount paid; transaction fees, Credit card fee, exchange  deductions and so on.

Return & Refund


 1-Over a process, you can ask for refund to your credit or debit card due to extreme weather (hurricanes) or Natural disasters (volcanic eruptions, earthquakes..) minus any cost involved in the refund

(currency exchange, Credit card surcharges, refund deduction transaction fees etc...)

If you do not like the weather the day of your tour, no refunds will apply. 


2-No refunds 24 hours before the time the tour starts for whatsoever reasons. You must be answered ahead of the 24h, so please you must do it well ahead of your dead time.

Note: if your refund cannot be done through the credit card company you've paid us, the refund is void or we will deduce any extra charges for whatsoever bank fee involved in the process of refunding you, but only if the amount is considerable.  


3-Reschedule is possible at least 48 hours in advance only if the day of your reschedule is available. Over a 25% surcharge based on the total amount paid for the specific product for holding you on the wrong day. No surcharge will apply if you reschedule at least 2 weeks in advance.

 3a-You are the only responsible to be on time for your reservation, and no refunds will be made if we are unable to full fill the agreed time or itinerary even if third party products/services is involved. We reserve the right to cut or make any changes to the itinerary due to your unpunctuality.    


4-Any third party product paid is no refundable. Making any changes to these products is out of our hands and we are subjected to their terms. Rescheduling is sometimes possible if done several days or weeks ahead of your reservation.

Third Party products


1-In order to ensure your transportation in Guatemala or for large group tours ( outsourcing: vans, small/large buses, rents of equipment, or even hire someone outside the company) we most pay them in advance in order to secure and schedule your additional service.


2-Any changes to third party products is subject to the other company' terms and we cannot bargain or negotiate new terms with them.
Therefor, no refunds are offered over third party products once paid and scheduled by you.


3-Changes are sometimes possible, if done several days or weeks in advance, but again subjected to the third party terms and conditions.


4-At your request, we will only negotiate refunds in case the product they (the third party company' product)  described is substantially different, inefficient or inappropriate according to the original product requested and agreed. Please let us know ASAP of the problem.
